If you already know your sizes, you can provide them during the ordering process. However, if you’re uncertain about measurements, please refrain from guessing your size. While I take responsibility for the nails you receive, keep in mind that refunds or exchanges are not available for incorrectly sized orders. It’s crucial to contact me first or consult the Size Guide here to avoid any sizing discrepancies.

• 24 adhesive tabs
• 1 nail file
• 1 cuticle stick
• Nail cleansing wipes
• Instructions on how to apply and remove them

Tabs are ideal for shorter wear of around 2-4 days at a time and are reusable. If you opt for glue, you can use it for 2-3 weeks at a time (you have to prepare the glue yourself as it is not included).

Unless you request otherwise, multiple orders will be packaged together to keep your shipping costs down.

When applied correctly your nails can last up to two weeks. This varies depending on how you have applied them and how you look after them.

Nail tabs: (24 Tabs Included) These are great for a weekend and will last up to two to four days.

I proudly ship my handmade nails worldwide, with a base in Vietnam, although the majority of my customers reside in the US.

Here are the estimated delivery timescales post-dispatch (exclusive of creation time):

• US & Canada: 7-10 business days.
• UK, EU, Australia: 8-12 business days.
• Other countries: 10-14 business days.

Please note that these are estimated timescales based on my experience and do not account for creation time. Feel free to reach out anytime for updates on the shipping process.

While I strive for timely delivery, I cannot assume responsibility for shipping delays or customs-related hold-ups. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

I happily accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase only. 

Due to the unique nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the items are damaged in transit. While I invest considerable time in creating each set and provide detailed ordering instructions, I cannot take responsibility for wrong-sized nail orders or overlooked on-site information.

Returned orders will not be refunded, given the custom nature of each item, which makes them unsuitable for resale. If your order is returned (e.g., as an ‘unclaimed’ item), you will need to coordinate re-delivery with me.

Absolutely! Each Custom Made set is handcrafted by me, and if you’d like a different color, a shorter shape, or some design tweaks, just include a note in your order! Basic customizations are free, but if you’re thinking of adding crystals or more intricate details, please reach out to me beforehand to confirm pricing.

Each set is meticulously handmade by me, and the current creation time is approximately 3-5 business days. Keep in mind that this doesn’t include shipping time, which you can learn more about below. I take pride in delivering the highest quality nails and won’t compromise on craftsmanship, so feel free to reach out with any questions about processing time before making your purchase—I’m here to assist!

Absolutely! The use of adhesive tabs makes the nails immediately reusable. If you’ve used glue and want to re-secure your press-on nails, simply utilize the pink sanding band provided in your nail prep kit to buff off the dried-on residue from underneath the press-on. Slide the sanding band over a pen or pencil for the easiest application! Please refrain from using the sanding band on your natural nails—only use the supplied buffing block. For frequent wearers who prefer glue, I recommend investing in an inexpensive electronic filer (available for a few £/$ on Amazon) to gently buff away dried-on residue, allowing for multiple uses.

All Custom Made sets are meticulously handcrafted by me based on your preferences. Some designs feature longer tips for better photography and to align with the aesthetics of my brand. Please note that if you choose a design with larger Swarovski crystals, the layout and/or size of crystals may be adjusted to fit, but I’ll always maintain the original design’s aesthetic.
